Accreditation

All durable medical supply companies are NOT the same! The quality of durable medical equipment can differ significantly from one organization to another. The State of North Carolina has established licensure laws governing these types of companies. These rules establish the minimum requirements for operating a DME (durable medical equipment) company. For individuals eligible for Medicare coverage, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has established provider requirements for Home Health agencies, Hospices, and Durable Medical Equipment Suppliers (DMEPOS) to participate in the program. We have been approved by all of these entities to provide durable medical equipment supplies and services in the state of North Carolina.

Not all DME companies operating in the State of North Carolina choose to be accredited. Synergy Medical Supply voluntarily chooses to be accredited in order to provide the absolute highest standard of services and products.
