Once all of the paperwork is verified and processed, Synergy Medical Supply will notify you of the equipment status and delivery time and date.

Upon arrival, the Delivery Technician will perform a Home Assessment to determine the safety of the home and make sure the equipment is right for the individual’s needs. The Delivery Technician will go over all findings with the individual or their caregiver, and installation will begin. We’ll go over all necessary instructions and warranties related to the durable medical equipment then leave you to enjoy your new equipment.
